Happy Halloween

Before it's too late I figure I better post some pics of good ol' Halloween. We had a great time. We started the festivities Friday night with the usual Halloweeners. These folks are pretty much the only reason we ever dress up. Nevermind that neither one of us had a costume until the day of and mine was held together by bobby-pins and berets. The final product...

Star Wars Star-Struck...with Yoda as the cutest little baby!

Under the Sea...Lobster, Scuba Diver and Jellyfish (pretty much the most creative homemade costumes ever!)

The Trekkies & Astronaut...check out those eyebrows!

We had a blast! We had yummy food, decorated cupcakes, had a pinata for the kiddos, went pumpkin bowling and got suckered into watching a scary movie (which I DON'T do) after the kiddos went to bed.
Our next Halloween adventure was of course, Halloween. We decorated pumpkins, had yummy food, took the kiddos Trick-or-Treating, had another pinata, and once again got suckered into watching a scary movie. Fortunately this one was old and cheesy which I handled much better than the previous nights' nightmare.

The little buddies modeling their matching monster jammies and some of the pinata goodies.
The cute kiddos...

The cute fam...

Ryker thought Trick-or-Treating was pretty cool and probably had more candy these two days than he has his entire life. We practiced with him to say "Trick-or-Treat", hold out his bucket and then say "Thank you". At one door he didn't say thank you so we reminded him to use his manners to which he replied, "More please". Not exactly what we had in mind!
