Vegas

Last week Ryker and I spent the week in Vegas helping my mom as she recovered from a hip replacement. She is doing amazingly well! It was the most one-on-one time both Ryker and I have had with my parents in a VERY long time. With so many siblings and grandkids it's hard to squeeze in some alone time! Ryker loved bonding with his Grammy and Papa. Among other things, they taught him about moose, stinky skunks, and how to say "whoa baby".

If there is one beautiful thing in Vegas it is the temple. We had a great time strolling the grounds and visiting my pops at work. What a beautiful place. Ryker has really come to love temples. He is sure to point them out whenever he sees them, followed by "House, God".
