After a 6 hour drive to Vegas to drop off the kids, a bitter-sweet farewell, a red-eye to Atlanta, a 3 hour layover, and another sleepless flight to Puerto Rico we were both SO excited to step out those doors of the airport and catch a taxi to the ship. Finally, the fun could begin!

...and within minutes (when we stopped to take this picture actually) managed to already lose my ship card. Awesome.
We met up with the peeps, ate some lunch, got in our suits and retreated up top. We spent the rest of the day just catching up and soaking up the last few rays of sunshine. It was such a beautiful place to start the trip.

(Brandon & Bob are highschool buddies of Sean's, and all the wives became fast friends. We missed another couple dearly. You know who you are!)
After the sun went down we enjoyed a luxuriously long dinner. Seriously, we just ate and chatted forever it seemed like with no one interrupting our conversation and no dishes to clean up after!
Poor Sean had a sinus infection and all the travel certainly didn't help things. He was such a trooper though. We went to bed "early" so excited for our first official day on our Caribbean cruise.

We have managed to have identical hair cuts once again. Man, we are so in sync! And I can't wait to see more pictures! I need to know what you did and didn't like about your cruise, we're looking at going and trying to figure out what to do...
